What To Do In San Diego This Weekend

Need some activities to fill your weekend?  There's always the obvious stuff to do in San Diego like go to the museums at Balboa Park, enjoy a day on Coronado, go to the beach or hang out in the Gaslamp.  But there's some seasonal events and one-off activities that you might not be aware of.  So I've put together a handful of things here that you can check out this weekend.  Enjoy!


The Padres at Petco Park - They're in town all weekend for a series against the Washing Nationals and Fernando Tatis, Jr. is back in the line-up!   We have one of the best ballparks in the US and one of the best climates to enjoy it in!

The Padres play this weekend at 7:10p Friday & Saturday (6/7 & 6/8) and 1:10p on Sunday (6/9).  Hear the games on our sister station HERE.

San Diego County Fair - All the 'Oz-Some' fun continues at the 2019 San Diego Country Fair!  Sample great food, enjoy the entertainment and don't forget about the 'Toast of the Coast' Wine Festival on Saturday!  More HERE

Vintage Bake Off at Liberty Station - Here's a hidden gem if you're a fan of sweet treats!  Pay $5.00 and sample all the bakers treats, then vote for your favorite! 10a - 12n Saturday at the Women's Museum of California.

Gaslamp Artisan Market in Littly Italy - Stroll through Little Italy and shop more than 30 local artisans.  It's a weekly outdoor market that happens every Sunday from 10a - 3p. Details HERE.

Fido Fest - Want to take your furry friend out for the day?  Then this is perfect!  It's at Santee's Town Center Community Park East.  There'll be exhibitors, demos, adoptions, contests and entertainment!  The event runs from 9am - 1pm. Details HERE
