Woodstock '94 was organized to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the original Woodstock in 1969.

It was promoted as Two More Days of Peace and Music.  But after overcrowding got out of hand and rain turned everything to mud, it turned into one of the biggest mud fights ever!

When Green Day took to the stage, the lead singer had fun with the audience catching some of the mud they were throwing and then throwing it back at them.  He had fun with it at first, but it went south pretty quickly.

However, it's credited with helping to launch the interest in Green Day's newest project Dookie and helping it to sell 10 Million copies!
