Pass the cheese please

..and live a longer life!

There's a study in The Lancet (a medical journal) which looked at over 100,000 people and split their dietary habits into two groups.  "Full Fat Dairy" and "Reduced Fat Dairy".  

What they found is that people who ate more than 2 servings a day of cheese were at a lower risk of a stroke and cardiovascular disease.  It's not only CHEESE that helps. So does yogurt and just plain milk!
