Having a Halloween party? Don't forget to invite Danny

Where do they come up with this?

They were "The Mystic Knights of The Oingo Boingo" created by Richard Elfman. His brother Danny became the lead singer.

Danny Elfman would prove he could do more than sing-when he was invited to write the film score for "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" in 1985.  He also wrote one of Halloween's Greatest Hits, "Dead Man's Party".  It was featured in the Rodney Dangerfield movie "Back To School" in 1985.

The man who's written the theme song for "The Simpsons" also wrote and sang for Tim Burton movies-proving his creative thinking might be a little left of center.
