Pets should never be a seasonal or impulse buy

There is a lot to consider before acquiring a rabbit for Easter. Rabbits, like any other pet, need care, feeding and love. Keep in mind that only about 5% of the bunnies that people buy as Easter gifts are still alive by the next Easter. 

It doesn't have to be this way. The average life span of a rabbit is ten years.
