This apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon and cayenne with cleanse your whole body, and watch the way the scale moves!

Here is an easy and fast way to cut weight while staying healthy and maintaining good habits. 

INGREDIENTS: 

1000 ml of water

1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1-2 drops of lemon oil 

1-2 tbs maple syrup

HOW TO MAKE: 

 If you use lukewarm/hot water, it is even better but you can use water at room temperature as well.

You should consume one glass of this drink before meal three times a day. 

If you do not have lemon essential oil, then you can substitute it with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
