Dirty Cheese Dip

October 26, 2016

If you love cheese as much as I do, you will LOVE this recipe. It is simple and takes less than 15 minutes to make with (mostly) commodities normally found in the household. Good for having people over, lunch with a friend, game day, or just to make as a snack for yourself. I personally like mine a little spicier, so I will add jalapenos and some Tapatio into the mix. I am also a HUGE meat lover, so ground beef in this is AMAZING. But none of this is necessary. Below is the simple version of what I call "Dirty Cheese Dip".

Velveeta cheese

Shredded pepperjack cheese

In a large saucepan, melt 1 block of Velveeta cheese, a cup of pepperjack cheese, 16 oz. of salsa, a little bit of milk, and cayenne (or flavoring of your choice) together.

Add 10 oz. of spinach a spoonful at a time. Stir all of this thoroughly while adding.

Serve my favorite way, with waffle fries, or with tortilla chips.
