Spaghetti Squash

January 10, 2017

Crock-Pot spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs, Italian sausage, mushrooms, rosemary sourdough garlic cheese bread, and a cucumber, avocado, tomato side salad is what I had for dinner the other night. Although it is a little time consuming to make, it is SO worth it because it isn't hard (plus it's super healthy)!

Let the two halves of the squash sit in the crockpot with sauce, and all of the other ingredients you decide to put in there (ex: meatballs, italian sausage, mushrooms), and let sit until squash is easy to pull apart like spaghetti. Put all of the ingredients together, and it is done!

For the side salad, I used olive oil and vinegar mixed with tomatoes, avocado, onions, and whatever veggies you want to include. Put salt and pepper in it, and it is perfect!
